Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product (unless otherwise specified).

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

If the product has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Products that have been used or damaged by the customer, unless the damage is due to a quality issue.

Sale items, customized or personalized products (unless there is a quality issue).
Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Return Confirmation: We will respond and confirm your return request within 1–2 business days.

Return Address: Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return Shipment: Please return the item within 15 days of confirmation and provide the tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item sent, we cover return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. Contact us if you do not receive your refund within 15 business days.
Order Cancellation

Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.

How to Cancel: Contact customer service with your order number to request cancellation.

Shipped Orders: Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item after receiving it following the return process.
